100% from two different 20 year-old vines organic certified vines. Grapes are harvested earlier to enhance its freshness.
After harvesting the grapes, they are pressed softly and then the most is fermented without its skins in 2.000L inox tanks during 20 days at an average of 18ºC. 3 months minimum aging in bottle.
Tasting Note. Pale rose. Primary notes of red fruit, white bone fruit, white pepper. Nice acidity in mouth balancing the volume and fruity remembering.
