Puresa Morenillo

TYPE: 100% Morenillo Aged red.


CHARACTERISTICS: Made with grapes from a vineyard of over 70 years old, of poor and low production soil. Controlled fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for approximately 25-30 days at 25ºC, pressing and subsequent aging in French oak barrels for 12 months.

VARIETIES: 100% Morenillo (autochthonous variety, mutation of Red Grenache)

CAPACITY: 75 cl.

Colour: cherry-violet colour very intense and dense.
Aroma: notes of red fruit, balsamic, licorice.
Palate: Very fresh, fruity and elegant wine. Mineral touches and spicy. Subtle and well-integrated wood, notes of cocoa. Friendly, enveloping and long-haul.

FOOD PAIRING: To accompany red meats and game, spicy dishes, cheese etc.

TASTING TEMPERATURE: Ideal to serve at 16-18 ºC.
