Description

White wine obtained with a soft pressing and controlled-temperature fermentation. Just like the berries, also the wine presents a straw yellow.
Fiano is a semi-aromatic wine and Luna Sarancena expresses this charateristic exceptionally, with fruity smells of peach, apricot, ananas and ciders, a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a smokey hint.
The taste is fruity and rightly acid.
It's very good if paired with seafood, fish or shellfish courses, but it's perfect as an aperitif, with appetizers.
Best served at 10-12°C.
