Description

White wine, 100% Verdeca, produced with a soft pressing and a temperature-controlled fermentation, that allow a beautiful extraction of smell and colour.
The name perfectly describes the charateristics of the wine. In fact, "verde" means "green", name that recalls the greenish colour and the fresh fruity smells of green apple and pear. Very strong in this wine is also a note of almond. The mouth is fresh and fuity, rightly acid and salty.
It's perfect with fish, shellfish, pasta, vegetables and appetizers.
Best served at 12°C.
