Description

Complex red wine produced by a maceration of Primitivo grapes. 
The delicate and thin skin of the berry allows a beautiful extraction of colour and smell. The wine presents a deep red, with purple nuances; the nose has a full bouquet of red ripe fruits and balsamic hints. The taste is harmonious, long lasting and rightly tannic; the most peculiar caratheristic of this Primitivo is its smoothness, that makes it easy to drink and suitable to every situation.
Primitivo P spends about 4 months in American oak. The short period allows the extraction of maturity without interfering with the integrity of the wine.
Best served at 18°C.
