Salento IGP Bianco Moscato
Beschreibung
Wine obtained from Moscato grapes, after a soft pressing and a controlled-temperature fermentation.
Moscato is the most complex and generous wine when it comes to aromas and trying to find all of the smells in Petricore is a really fun game. The most recognizable are: jasmine, citrus, honey, bread crust, must and many more. What else can you find?
The taste is long lasting, fruity and with floral hints, rightly acid, fresh and elegant.
These characteristics make the wine perfect for many combinations of food, particularly dark chocolate, marmelades and jams mixed with semi-aged cheese. It is still a white wine and it's perfect with fish, shellfish and seafood cooked in all ways, but also with vegetables.
Best served at 10-12°C.
